The doctor's office just called back with my HcG level after my miscarriage. On Aug 16 my level was over 5,000. Then a week later on Aug 23 my level was 168.
I guess my body is adjusting really fast. I wonder if that is normal and if I will get my next AF soon. Hmmmmm.
Dx: PCOS and short luteal phase

Re: HcG level after a miscarriage
You can still cycle while HCG is elevated. Mine took a long time to come down! Weeks. I started at 50,000+, then down to thousands range, then hundreds, etc. for weeks. Meanwhile, my ovaries were doing their own thing. I know this because I thought I was sort of mid-cycle and had an ultrasound which showed a big follicle ready to go.
My doctor confirmed that it is a myth that you can't ovulate while HCG is elevated.
