I think I remember you mentioning that you have an ID twin sister. Maybe there are other twins here too.
If any of you are willing to answer questions, I have a few
.
1. As a child what did you love/hate about being a twin?
2. What is one thing you plan/are doing differently than your parents when raising your multiples?
3. Anything else you want to share about being twin that might be helpful for MoMs to consider.
TIA!
Re: *sammyslick* and other twins

.
HA!!!!! Me too!
for the record my mom has never even thought to say that to me!
Sorry I haven't been on thebump for a while.
1. As a child what did you love/hate about being a twin? Looking back, its a two part answer. We didnt know any different. We do have a younger sister, so we knew what it was like to be a sibling, but we always had eachother, and for the first 3 years it was just my twin and I, so I would say we liked it, becuase it was and has been all we knew.
2. What is one thing you plan/are doing differently than your parents when raising your multiples? We really arent doing much different. My parents only had one crib for my sister and I, due to cost. My DH and I plan on co-sleeping the twins indefinetly until they either ask to be seperated or it becomes a health hazard. It is a little different for our twins since they are b/g twins, and my sister and I were identical.
3. Anything else you want to share about being twin that might be helpful for MoMs to consider. My one piece of advise is to remember that regardless of your twins being identical or fraternal, remmeber that they are individual people. ONe may gain weight faster, get sick more, be allergic to diferent things than the other twin and that is perfectly normal. I am allergic to the pertussis vaccine and had a terrible reaction when I was 2 months old. My twin is not and had no reaction to the vaccine, but she is allergic to maple. Remembering to treat them as individuals is very important.
Im very willing to answer any more questions!
