Question about delivery. . .

Just wondering if you were induced or if you went into labor naturally? Also, if you don't mind sharing, why were you induced or if you went into labor, what was it like?

TTC since 2004
DX: Azoospermia
3 unmedicated IUI's, 1 with Clomid - all unsuccessful. Moving on to DIVF #1-BFP 5dp5dt!!! 1st Beta 1/23- 269!! Beta #2 1/26 - 882!!! Beta #3 1/30- 4,250!!! 1st ultrasound 2/10 showed TWINS!!! Found out on May 2nd we are having BOYS!

    I was induced at 37 because I was in so much pain.  I asked for it after being stalled at 4-5cm and 100% effaced for over a week without my water breaking.

    Mine started when my water broke but I had been feeling like it was going to start for about 2 days before that.....having a lot more braxton hicks and just generally very uncomfortable all the time....I started having contractions but not regularly enough so after 3 hours they gave me pitocin which started things going a lot quicker!

    I went into labor on my own at 33w3d, which was a few days before my scheduled induction. I was going to be induced at 34w1d because one of my bags of water ruptured at 30w so I was hospitalized and at a really high risk of infection. Then the ruptured bag fully "broke" at 33w3d and about 6 hours later I started having noticeable contractions.  Baby A was delivered 12 hours later and Baby B was delivered 3 hours after that.

    I was induced at 39w1d, because between GD and twins, it was time.  I went in for my induction already at 3 cm (which I had been for a few weeks).  Pitocin for five hours with no progress, doctor broke my water and babies were born three hours later.  I know women have some horror stories about inductions, but mine could not have gone any better.

    I was induced at 37w1d b/c my twins were mono/di and we didn't want to risk going any longer and having that overtired placenta crap out. Plus I was miserable, so once I hit the 37w mark, I was more than ready!

    I had been having contractions prior, but nothing I could set a watch to. I was about 3cm dilated when I was admitted. Started pitocin at 6am, nothing really happened until Dr. broke my water around 1pm. Went super fast from there, got my epidural and boys were born vaginally at 3:12 and 3:17pm.

    I was scheduled for a repeat csection at 38 weeks 4 days but I went into labor at 37 weeks 2 days ! I just started having mild contractions but they were a little more intense than bh so I went to ld and I was 1 cm ... after 1 hour I progressed to 3 cm and they toldme I was next in line for the OR ! I was surprised because I was there about every 2 weeks and I was used to being sent home !

    I was induced at 37 weeks because baby B was lagging in growth and I was beginning to show signs of pre-e.  My MFM felt that that combination meant it was time to get the babies out.

    It was kind of an unusual induction.  I started out less than 1 cm dilated.  They gave me Misoprostil to ripen the cervix.   After two doses of the Miso my water broke on its own and I progressed with no Pit.
