We have a Chicco KeyFit car seat. We're looking at purchasing either the Chicco Caddy Stroller or the Baby Trend Snap and Go.
Any thoughts on those two strollers? Other than price, is there a big difference?

Re: Chicco caddy stroller or Baby Trend Snap & Go
I don't know much about the baby trend, but I love our Chicco caddy. The carseat snaps right in and is very secure. It was worth the little extra to get the same brand, IMO. I used a 20% off at babies r us.
The car seat snaps easily and securely into the frame. I think it's easy to open the frame, and the frame is light. DH and I both liked that the Caddy is "made to go with" the Keyfit.
Just my (not-yet-using-the-stroller) 2 cents. :-)
If you already have the chicco car seat get the chicco keyfit caddy. It snaps into the stroller whereas you need straps with the snap n go.
I had the keyfit caddy and I loved it. It is a great stroller. Very easy to use and maneuver.
