We bought a space saver but had to return it because our chairs aren't deep enough to support one correctly and it was unstable. We ended up with a full size, Graco DuoDiner LX.

I love my space saver high chair!! We visit my parents and in-laws often so it's great to take with us! I even put in on the floor and sit down in the living room to feed him so he can watch the dogs and listen to sports with his Dad!
We have one, which we used as our first high chair before LO could sit up, because it reclines. And we still use it on our boat. But the space saving chair that we replaced it with for home use and which I'm completely in love with is the Inglesina Fast Table Chair.
It hangs off of our breakfast bar. LO loves sitting there and watching us cook (ie, heat up Trader Joe's frozen dinners). It also packs up really small and I take it with us to use at restaurants and in friend's homes. And it is super easy to clean.
We have one and love it - we haven't tried anything else but its great to have him right up at our level while we eat since we've got a tall bar height table and chairs

I have the graco 4 in 1 blossom high chair and it's the bomb. You can use it as a space saver on one of your kitchen chairs (or stand alone on the the floor like one pp mentioned) and also it has a actual high chair base with it. So if you don't want it on the kitchen chair anymore it will snap onto the high chair base and looks just like a regular high chair. the other cool thing is that the base when not being used with the high chair part is a booster seat and it's own separate chair. I love the thing.

We have one and love it. However, we needed to try it out on three different chairs before we got it to sit right and be tight enough not to wobble.

It was just what we needed and not too expensive.
