Every so many hours? At meals only? Still giving night time bottles? Please share your routine along with how many ounces (or estimate ounces) on what your LO is getting. TIA!
Rubes gets a sippy of milk at morning nap, afternoon nap and bed time. So 3.
I also fill a sippy of water for her to have in the morning and refill again in the afternoon with fresh water. So 2.
Somedays she drinks all the water in her sippies both times and the next she won't touch it all day. I don't care so much about that.
So 5 sippies. I'd guess it's about 40 some oz. worth? I've always had a kid that drank a ton though even with breast milk and formula. She eats well otherwise so meh...whatever.
She gets a sippy at night of water if she wakes up to. That happens about twice a week at this point. Bad habit I know, but she wants it and we all go back to bed in about a minute.
We are still on bottles and I have no plans to change that in the immediate future. We do 3 bottles a day, morning bottle after breakfast has 4oz of WCM, afternoon bottle for nap-time has 6oz of WCM (she usually only drinks 4-5oz), and a bottle before bed with 6oz (again, depending on how well she at dinner she may or may not finish the bottle). So, a total of 16-18oz of WCM during a day, and I make sure it is always given after a meal so that she doesn't fill up on milk and then not eat her solid food.
I also give her a straw sippy full of water, which is about a 7-8oz cup and she usually drinks all of it, it is out on her snack table for her to drink from anytime she is thirsty.
We also will give a Take N' Toss cup with diluted 100% fruit juice from time to time.
With dinner she gets a Take N' Toss cup with milk and drinks 1oz or less, but we all have WCM with dinner, DD included.

I give 4 sippy's, one after breakfast, one after each nap, and one slightly before bed. He gets about 5 oz. in each now, however he doesn't take much out of the breakfast one, so probably 18ish oz. per day now. Our Dr. said 16-24 was still fine, so going with that. He is starting dc next week and she will have him down to 1 nap, and is going to give 1 sippy with his snack after nap, so he will be down to 3 cups per day, I may just send him with a bit more milk and whatever he drinks he drinks. I always have a water sippy going all day, and he just picks it up as he goes between meals. We just finished with the bedtime bottle after his 12 month appt. when he stopped showing interest, and so we just cut it cold turkey, I was going to keep it a month or two, but he didn't want it... I got off easy!
ETA: so now one around 8, 11:30, 3:30 and 7:30, so about every 4 hours. At DC though he will go a longer stretch if she doesn't give him one before lunch.
Week day routine - nurse upon waking, sippy w/ water available throughout the day, bottle of milk (0-3oz) before am/pm naps. Nurse when I get home, before bed and at least 2x overnight. H has been offering milk in the sippy some afternoons and skipping the pm bottle.
Week end routine - nurse upon waking and before naps, always after dinner and before bed, and at least 2x overnight. Sometimes he asks to nurse at other random times. Sippy with water available throughout the day.
Honestly, we only are keeping with the bottles to use up the freezer stash since he isn't as keen on milk in the sippy. We may drop the bottles sooner. It's something we've discussed a few times but it's nothing we feel is urgent to act upon.
Auden gets a sippy with breakfast, lunch and dinner of soy milk. He also has a water sippy that is available to him throughout the day. When he is at daycare he gets it during snack time and after outside time.
I am not set on a routine right now. For the most part, Mason gets three milk sippys a day - morning, afternoon, evening. They are 7 oz cups, and he probably drinks 5 oz. He also always has a water sippy around. Some days he drinks a lot, and some days he barely touches it. I try to offer yogurt and cheese daily because his milk intake seems 15 oz at most.

Are we talking milk here? Because we are in bad shape when it comes to milk. DS hates WCM, we give him chocolate milk and he'll drink maybe 4 oz on a good day. He still nurses twice a day at night when I am home.
Water he probably drinks 8-12 oz a day. We use a straw sippy. I usually try to offer the milk first, he takes one sip, refuses to drink more, then I give him the water.
DD usually gets a bottle first thing in the morning with her breakfast, a bottle before naptime, and then a bottle before bedtime. Usually 4-5 oz. I'm probably giving her way too much bottle but it works for us right now so It's fine with me.

Pretty much all of this, exactly, except for the weekday part. I don't nurse in the AM b/c I leave early for work. She gets 3-4 3oz bottles at DC but I don't know when they give them to her. She always has a sippy of water nearby, at home and at DC.
It will be a few more months before my freezer stash is used up (4 more?) so we'll start WCM then.

Milk sippys are only at meals just because they need to stay in the fridge. For water, we leave a sippy around throughout the day so she can grab it and have a drink. To be honest, I couldn't even venture a guess as to how many ounces!
DS goes through about 3 sippies of milk, one of watered down juice and sometimes another of water. He will let me know if he wants more so I just keep things full for him and freshen up as the day goes. We pretty much let him have a sippy with him all the time.
