Ok, So I know you can only get so far with old wives tales when you are having more than one but did anyone notice that some things still rang true for them?
I keep comparing things to my last pregnancy because I can't help myself like cravings and whatnot. Maybe I am just getting my hopes up

Re: Old wives tales
I've had almost no morning sickness at all (what I have had came on late during the last few weeks, and I've only thrown up a handful of times), and both babies turned out to be boys - while my two singletons, both girls, made me sick as a dog
this also happens to be the one OWT that has solid scientific backing - people who are actually affected by MS (only 50% of women are) are more sensitive and have more MS when they are carrying a female fetus (hypothesized to be due to the elevated female hormones your body produces for them).
None of the other gender myths rang true. I've been craving sweet and salty and spicy and starchy... everything out there. My hair is growing fast, but shedding like mad. I've had an increase in skin-oil production. I sleep on my right side. etc etc
Right ovary removed 09.04.2012 via vertical laparotomy
Essure implant placed on remaining tube 06.13.2013; successful followup scan 09.30.2013
I don't really have anything to compare it against since this is my first pregnancy.
But - I was pretty sick up until 15 weeks, I have had some terrible acne breakouts - both OWT say you'll have girls - and they are definitely all boy.
I really craved sweets - which I think is an OWT for boys? I could be wrong though.
The one about heart rates was TOTALLY wrong for us. We were team green and thought we were having a boy and a girl because baby A's heart rate was always in the 160's (which is OWT for girl) and baby B's heart rate was always in the 140's (OWT for boy). We did have a girl and a boy but A was the boy and B was the girl. So much for that OWT!!
Also, I had horrific heartburn and indigestion but only one of my babies had a lot of hair. Oh, also craved only salty stuff...had one of each sex.
