4am

I usually can fall asleep pretty fast and have been waking up once to pee at night, falling right back to sleep. But once 4am hits, I toss and turn. I normally fall back asleep around 5:306 but DS gets up around 6:30.

I really hate 4am.

    There's a really funny TedTalks about 4 in the morning. For a good laugh definitely look it up! I'm having trouble sleeping as well. Last night I went to bed around ten and ended up falling asleep at 3 and then waking up off and on for the five hours. Soooo many pee trips. I feel your sleepless pain!

    I am having a lot of trouble sleeping too! And of course my son has been waking up even earlier then normal around 5:30 so just when I am falling back to sleep he is up for the day!


    DS1: 4/15/2011
    Dx: ASD, SPD and receptive and expressive speech delay at 21 months
    BFP #2: CP 5/2012
    DS2: 4/24/2013
    BFP #4: Miscarriage at 5 weeks 7/2014
    BFP #5: 8/8/2014 Due 4/20/2015 
    Its a healthy girl!!!!!

    Damn 4am :(

    I'm having the same, but around 5am. Waking up to use the bathroom, and not being able to fall back asleep.

    Funny that you mention that at 4am I wake up and toss and turn until about five than go back to sleep for an extra hour or so.

    Funny, I've been waking up to pee the past several nights as well. I CANNOT sleep through the night without waking up at least one time to pee.

    I kept saying I've had zero symptoms, but you just brought a big one to my attention! Lol..

    Last night was the first night in about a week that I was able to stay in bed past my 5:30 alarm. Yay? Lol.

    Me too! I've been waking up every morning at 4am, what's up with that? Sometimes I don't even have to get up to pee, I just am wide awake. Then I fall asleep about 30 minutes before my alarm goes off for work. I blame the hormones! That's my new MO, blame hormones for everything!

     Just ate a whole pack of cookies? I blame hormones

    Just cried at work for no apparent reason? hormones...

    It really works :)

    Whenever the hubby's alarm goes off at 5:30 I'm up, and I have SUCH a hard time falling back to sleep! So aggravating!

    Last night was my first night of bone-crushing exhaustion and fatigue also...makes me worry about the next few months and getting all my chores and school work done while working and getting home at 6 every night...ugh. Not looking forward to it!

    Ugh the past 4 nights I have been up at 3 to pee and can't fall back to sleep until about 5-5:30. Not sure if it's a pregnancy symptom or anxiety. I hate those hours now too.
