Numbness/pain in the ribs?

Anyone else experienced a pain in their ab, about 3 inches below your bra band just to one side of the base of your sternum?  It's too high to be baby.  It's like the muscles from my abs are cramping slightly when I go to sit up or get out of a chair, then it goes all numb and tingly in that one spot.

    Yes!!! I have been having this off and on throughout my pregnancy. Last week my midwife said maybe the baby could be sitting/pushing on a nerve. She said not to worry about it but I would ask your doctor.

    Yes, about everyday a couple times a day if goes numb and it tingles then it hurts sometimes too, I don't know what the heck it is.
