Cerclage is in

Had the cerclage put in today just in time. My OB said from a visual estimate my cervix was down to 2.5. At the very least it went from "long" Friday morning to "short" today according to him.
Additionally I will not be going back to teaching next week. He has pulled me out of work until after I deliver. He felt it was safest and I'm inclined to agree. I have a loooong way to go and want to do everything possible to keep my baby healthy.
Looks like lots of bumping, trashy tv, and reminding LO to stay put is in my future! I hope this cerclage does the trick!
