Diaper Caddy

Has anyone found a good diaper caddy at Target/Walmart or somewhere else that is cute and cheap?  I have a really nice one for DD but it was a gift and I don't want to spend $40 of my own money to acquire one.  I just need something to hold diapers, cream and a few other basic necessities.  Any recommendations would be great.

I have this one.  It's cheap and it does the job, but I don't know if I'd call it cute.

I received that for my shower. It is pretty big and hold just about everything. I am using my bookshelf for storage so I returned it, but it seemed like it would be very useful.

I have this one for ds. For dd, I took a pink tin bucket (it had previously held flowers) and glued a brown bow to the front to use as her diaper caddy.

It's $30 at BBB, but I figure we'll keep it in the living room for quick changes, so we'll probably get a lot of use out of it. Plus, buying it in green for child(ren) to come in the furture....

This is the one I have for DD.  I like it, but I just don't want to spend the $ this time around.  I like the Munchkin one that people are suggesting.  $12.99 sounds much more in the price range I was thinking.

  • How about just a cute basket that can hold all the supplies?

Yes, that would work, I'm actually just tired and have too much going on to look around.  I was kinda hoping someone could suggest something that I can just click and order online.  Just being lazy...lol.

We got this one in espresso. Not sure how functional yet but it certainly fits the decor :)

I have these in the light yellow and light aqua to use for storing various things for DS2 (socks, hats, blankets, bibs). I also have one for our room to keep diaper supplies and blankets for when he is sleeping with us the first month. $10 and they are 12" square with a wooden bottom for extra support.

  • I just have a really nice wicker basket in the nursery that has handles on each side to hold the diapering stuff I keep in there.  In my bedroom, the supplies thingy hanging off the side of the PNP has the diapering stuff in it stocked up.  I also have a plastic Huggies box of wipes in the second living room where the kids toys and play area is, and I throw the desitin inside of that box and just refill it with the packages that you can buy with the pretty designs on them.  Each room has something different for storing stuff.  I guess I dont actually have a diaper caddy, but if have trouble finding one you like then there are 100 ways to improvise for sure!  :)

I just bought a couple baskets that fit on my changing table. I figured I'd fill them and if I wanted something else for downstairs I would just get another basket that will fit on my tv stand or something.

This is what I did with DS, and I'm doing the same with DD. Just a couple of fabric drawers from Target. I get one for the diapers and one for the supplies. I think they're somewhere from $5-$10 a piece?

  • There are lots of good options on amazon.com if you search diaper caddy--a nice variety of price points and types of caddies depending on what best works for you.

Thats what I did and I love it! I also got an adorable plastic tumblercup for diaper cream, nail file, and small odds and ends

  • For my first I was given this at my shower:

    https://www.target.com/p/munchkin-portable-diaper-caddy-green/-/A-13750128#?lnk=sc_qi_detailbutton

It's supposed to be "portable" so you can have different changing stations around the house, etc. but we mostly changed DD in my room on the dresser [had a changing pad on top].  We kept wipes, creams, hairbows, etc. etc. in there.  Also, my sister packed her shower gift for me in a cute green basket with a chalkboard label on the front, and I stored the diapers in there.

The portable one was handy when we went camping.  Everything was ready, and we kept it in the back of our truck as a sort of changing station.

We've since changed to cloth diapering, and since DS will be in prefolds/covers to start off... and DD in our OS pockets, I'm hanging a shoe organizer like this on the back of our door.  The door is right next to our changing station/dresser, so it will be handy to have the pockets in there, and the NB dipes on/in the dresser.  Not as cute as some organization options, but we store all of our diapers in the master bedroom so it works for us.  GL!

  • I have done a lot of research on this and experience wise as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Trend Lab storage caddy they sell it at target and babies r us online only I have also seem them other places online got mine for $23 bigger and better than the ones you can find in store
