You can see IVF #1 in my siggy. We didn't do ICSI last time. This time 41 were retrieved and only 12 fertilized. I feel completely defeated. I know there are people who would be thrilled to get 12. But the chances of there being a viable embryo out of that 12 is so slim I feel like this cycle is over already. And I also don't understand how your second IVF can go worse than your first. Aren't they supposed to have made improvements upon the first protocol? Ugh, sorry for the vent.
