What is this stuff?

I'm having some discharge from my nipples.  It's a clear liquid that has no smell.

    It's basically colostrum, and it's totally normal, as long as it has no smell and isn't chunky/curdy/bloody/etc.  A milky color is normal, too, and I've heard that a light yellowish color is also normal but I never  had that.

    I had it all throughout my pregnancy with DS but haven't had any yet this time around.

    I've read that you shouldn't try to express it more than necessary, as the act of expressing milk makes your uterus contract (which it does, as I used to feel it contract when I was first nursing DS).

    lol, I imagine that was not the best way to explore this side of pregnancy. Sorry that that happened to you.

    I haven't had this yet but people keep telling me not to freak out if it does because it's totally normal. These are moms I trust so, I'm staying cool for the time being, but it's probably weird to experience.

    LOL I imagine you got some interesting results.  I noticed my first bit of leakage a week or so ago, but haven't noticed much since.

    Bahahaha. No worries, I've had this since I hit second tri. A little annoying but it won't leak through your bra or anything.

    I had my first bit of leaking a week or so ago.. and it's only been 2 or 3 times since then.

    Since breastfeeding is considered perfectly safe during a normal/healthy pregnancy, I wouldn't worry about it, but there isn't any need to express colostrum.  If it becomes too much, you can put a nursing pad in your bra.  The washable cotton ones are nice.
