Robeez with or without socks?

I'm sorry this is probably a really stupid question but when you put the Robeez or generic versions of Robeez on your LO's do you have them wear socks or go barefoot in them? I'm not sure which is best. Thanks

Re: Robeez with or without socks?

  • I put socks on her, but you could probably go without. I just think it's probably more comfortable with socks, plus keeps her feet warmer.

  • I got my LO one pair of robeez, and she's never even worn them out because they're such a huge PITA to get them on.

I usually put her in pedipeds without socks, if it was cooler outside I'd probably put a light pair of socks on.

  • I don't think it matters as far as development or walking. DD has two pair. The smaller size she doesn't wear socks, the larger size she does. I find them to be pretty weird with their limited sizes. The smaller size just barely fits her and it a little tight, but the larger size (the 12 - 24 months size) is way too big and falls off of her foot, even with sock.

  • I put socks on my LO.  I think it's more comfortable that way, but I don't know.

  • I've done either way. I've never had them stinky from bare feet ever. For me, it depended on the temp outside.
