  • I'll go first - my week was OK.... I didn't stick to my plan most days (oops!) BUT I did do better than I was before. I tracked all of my food and cut back on the snacks a bit, and I lost half a pound! Not much but I'll take it. This week my plan is the same, pretty much, hopefully executed better though! Can't wait to hear how everyone else did!

  • I did far worsse this past week than before! I think I need to go back to being on the milk free diet I needed to be on for LO. I figured this would happen when I could have milk again. With my DD in half-day kindergarten I have ample time in the mornings to exercise.

  • I did ok. I tracked my food every day, but there were a few times I caved in and had sweets. Overall, I did well with my total calorie intake though... so I did end up losing 1.5 lbs. I need to do more activity too... I only worked out 2x last week. This week has to be better!

  • I managed to walk 5.5 miles twice and did my core work out once. I did a little better on water and sugar.

  • Well i did better than usual. I have started tracking everything i eat and replaced pop and tea with water. I am eating less and making better choices. I have not weighed myself yet today, but I do feel better.

  • I've lost 1lb.  I haven't changed much.  I'm still doing no fast food and reducing soda to 2x/week.  I did 2 walks this past week, but one was the State Fair and I probably consumed more calories than I burned.

    I'll be getting in a lot of walking this week.  My car died on Saturday so I'll be getting a ride from work to my DCP's house and then walking the half mile home with the girls.

  • I did great for the first 1/2 then ate out a lot while DH was gone on business for two days. I did manage to fit in more walking and more veggies though so I guess it was kind of a success.

    Goals for this week: Keep walking 2 miles 4x, more water and less tea, & no eating out.

  • I did good during the week with not eating after 8 pm and doing some physical activity during the day (even if it was just dancing around with LO to the radio). I pretty much failed over the weekend though.

    My goal this week is to keep being active and not eating past 8 pm including on the weekend.

  • I forgot to weigh myself this morning. Hopefully I remember tomorrow morning.

    I did okay this week. I drank a good amount of water daily & went on atleast a 1 mile walk daily(sometimes 2 miles a day).

    Hopefully I can do the same this week.

    The week was ok.  I was so busy in trial I didn't get to workout one time. But, I did ok on my diet.  I've lost about 1 lb.  My goal for this week is to workout at least 3 times.  I worked out today... so one down.

  • Week 1= FAIL. Borderline Epic fail. Week 2 can really only get better. :-) I didn't weigh myself. I fail on all counts.

    Goals this week: drink more water, exercise during DD's morning naps 3x this week, control my portions more

  • I did ok workout wise. Eating wise, not so much. I have a lot of trouble eating consistently throughout the day and end up eating a bunch after LO goes to bed at night. Add to the fact that we went out of town Friday night to see my grandma and DH ended up in the ER on Sunday night and had emergency surgery Monday morning and another procedure this AM. So....I've totally sucked this week. 

    My goals the rest of this week are:

    Drink 100 oz of water daily

    Don't eat after 9 PM

    Workout everyday (even a 15 minute workout) 

    Track my calories on MFP

     

    Because you're mine, I walk the line....
