DD yelled at a train

We were at an aquarium/museum yesterday.  While we were outside, a train passed on the other side of the Mississippi and blew its whistle.  K was so startled that she jumped and practically climbed my leg.  Once in my arms, she looked in the direction of the train and yelled "aaaaah...aaaaah!" as loud as she could.  She never cried...she just got really mad that it startled her.  I was laughing so hard I was crying.

  • Haha! That's so cute.

We live on a farm and LO loves to be outside. Everytime H drives by with a tractor or a skidloader she screams at it too. Sometimes, because she didn't hear it right away and gets scared. Mainly because she loves to ride along so if H doesn't take her for a bit she gets mad and basically yells at him for him to come back.

  • Aww! That is funny, good for her for letting that train know who's boss!

That is too cute.  I love how they aren't afraid to say what they want.  I wish I could just yell whenever I wanted something. :)

  • Awww thats very cute. We live not too far from an airport. Every time a plane passes overhead, DS looks for it and then points to it until its out of sight. He's really good at spotting them even when they are really high up. I haven't seen any of the other kids around doing this but I guess my little guy just loves planes.
