Clinton Township Daycare..?

Anyone know of any flexible at-home daycares?  My husband and I have longer hours because we work in the medical field so we need daycare only mon-thurs right now but for longer days.  I really want to use an at-home daycare or possibly a sitter that comes to our house (if they don't charge an outrageous amount).

    You can try looking on care.come if you are looking for a nanny. We have been looking at childcare centers and home daycares and most of them require to pick up your child by 5 or 6 at the latest. I am planning on talking to my work about coming in early and leaving a little early each day to try and accomodate finding a daycare and working full-time.
