Long term goal: to be in the 135 range--pre TTC weight
Milestones towards goal: 150/145/140/135
BRAGGING ZONE:
Last week?s successes: I lost .8 and the week before I lost 1.8. I have been trying to eat better and not out as much. Snacking less.
THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
Fitness goals: do a work out video at least 3 days
Nutrition goals: Eat more veggies
Self-care goals: do a leave in scalp treatment to fix my hair
Mantra/positive thought for the week: it is our anniversary week, so do nice things for DH
Miscellaneous goals: Get ready for camping
My /Chart; BFP 3/8/11 CP 3/16/11; 7/11 HSG & S/A both clear;
Cycle 12~ 50 mg Clomid=BFP 9/9/11, Beta #1=280 & Beta #2=1513, 6w3d hb=122 bpm/ 8w2d hb=186 bpm/12w2d could not hear hb had a 3rd u/s and got to see the hb. 16w2d heard the hb! 156 bpm. A/S 1/3=girl

Last week?s successes:Stepped on the scale and am down 5 lbs in a month.
THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
Fitness goals: dust off my yoga stuff
Nutrition goals: roast up the veggies I bought yesterday
Self-care goals: hair cut (I really have to do this)
Mantra/positive thought for the week: 30 days can make anything a habit
Miscellaneous goals: get ready for my 30 day yoga challenge

Last week?s successes: Walked with DS after work...actually tolerated the carseat/stroller. Gym 4x,

Fitness goals: Work out for longer
Nutrition goals: Start the plate method and quit all the dang snacking!
Self-care goals: Keep finger nails painted or not....no in between, chipped mess.
Mantra/positive thought for the week: Keep at it and results will come eventually.

Last week?s successes:Again a no gain, no loss week for me. Though I am happy because I really ate badly.
THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
Fitness goals: Going to start the 30 day challenge with yoga and try to take some walks with the boys
Nutrition goals: 30 day challenge with no pop. More healthy eating. Try harder to not just eat things that are convenient. Grocery shopping needs to be done...
Self-care goals: Remember to do all my skin care regiment because my face is finally starting to clear up
Mantra/positive thought for the week: I love my boys! I get to spend every day with them this week, but have to work and go to class at night.
Miscellaneous goals: Make the house somewhat not a pigsty.
