Maybe about a year ago, I made a boxed Funfetti cake for DH's birthday. It tasted like a boxed Funfetti cake

I helped make Lena's birthday cake, but since I was only the assistant I do not count it.

The last thing I baked was a from scratch yellow cake with fudge frosting, all dairy free of course. The cake was average, but the frosting was good enough I may have made a second batch just to eat on graham crackers (or by itself once the kids are in bed).

I made a peach cobbler last weekend and it turned out AMAZING. It was my first time making one.

I used to bake a lot, but I definitely don't bake often during the summer.

The last thing that I can think of is a boxed cake for J's birthday a few weeks ago. Like the funfetti, it also tasted like any boxed cake ... but I enjoyed it!

I made a chocolate zucchini bread to use up some zucchini. I loved it but my veggie-hating DH did not want any. LO and I ate it all!

I made banana bread two days ago. I made some for the neighbors last week, and it was so hard to get it to them without eating any of it. So I had to make some for us, too.
