M loves everything I do. He loves to watch me paint my nails and do my makeup. When we go shopping he loves to play with the high heels and put my necklaces on him.
He also has found some of my dolls from when I was a little girl. He carries them around and says "b" for baby over and over. DH saw him do that yesterday for the first time and was not happy. He said I am allowing him to be too girly.
I'm very frustrated by this and see nothing wrong with letting him explore.
If you have a boy do you let them play with dolls? Would you ever by them a boy doll?

Re: Little boys dolls
At this age I see no issue with it. My H probably wouldn't be thrilled if I gave Q a doll either but forcing gender roles isn't my style. I would worry, once he got a little older that he would get made fun of.
I would give him plenty of cars and trucks and whatever "boy" stuff to play with as well and let him play with what he wants to play with. At this age, children just want to imitate their parents, and mom is the one around more. Tell your H to spend more time doing manly stuff around him if he's concerned.
