I have so many pairs of shoes that I got as gifts..I have never put them on LO. I may put socks on him when we go out but thats it...Do you put shoes on your LO?
No, I think that she's too young still. I heard that unless the soles are super soft, it's not very good for their feet. I mean, tiny shoes are cute, but for me there's no reason for a 3-month-old to be in them yet.

Only the super soft leather, almost slipper type shoe. He has a pair of super cute red Converse sneakers that'll fit soon, so I might put those on him with a cute outfit. I dont think there's anything wrong with it, but they certainly arent necessary.
And isn't only bad for baby feet once they start using their feet? Pulling to a stand, walking along furniture, learning to walk, and toddler, etc? My 2 month old doesnt use his feet for anything other than kicking, obviously. Am I wrong about that?

yes, as of right now they are just decorative... no need for arch support LOL
I also have a bunch that people gave me and I hate for them not to be used. But usually if I try, she kicks them off in a matter of minutes (they are all sandals). She does have one pair of lacy sneakers that are cute and stay on. Normally, I do not put shoes on her though.
He has a pair of the soft soled ones (basically fancy booties) that he wears to keep his socks on when we go to weddings, but otherwise he goes barefoot. I think it is only bad for their feet if the shoes have a hard sole.
I got lots of shoes as well, but I prefer to not put them on her so that she can use her feet fully. I put on a pair of newborn shoes for pictures but they are huge on her so she would kick them off. I do put socks on her cause her feet get cold.
Nope, it's not necessary and not good for their feet. LO has gone barefoot with just a onesie on most of the summer. Occasionally, if it's chilly in the air conditioning, I'll put him in a footed sleepsuit. When it gets cold, I may put him in some soft leather slippers, but that's it.

My first 2 never did until they were walking. This one, can't stand footed things, so in order to keep her socks on, we have newborn slippers that she wears. But no hard soles.

They are cute, but not practical.
This and us too
Not yet. She hasn't even had a pair of socks on her feet yet! I'm sure its coming soon but I just don't see it as practical for summer babies.
