2nd b-days!

OMG...can you believe our babies are going to be 2 years old soon?!? I don't know where the time has gone!!!

So, have you all thought about what you are doing for your LO's b-day? I was in Michael's the other day picking up cake pop supplies when I came across a Hello Kitty cake pan. I really wanted to do an Abby Cadabby b-day theme, but I have a feeling it's going to be hard to find AC b-day paraphernalia, so I just bought the HK pan and am going with that theme (plus, I already know how to make HK cake pops lol). We are just having a party at home, so it will just be all the cute stuff that Party City has. Simple enough.

A friend of mine did AC and went all out with it. It was so cute.
I can't decide between Elmo or an ice cream party don't flame. It's never really cold here in the winter

We're doing the Disney Cars theme. I already put together the loot bags and bought the decorations. Oh and I booked the restaurant.

We're doing a family party at the house. Probably between 25 to 35 people. Right now I'm thinking that we'll do a dinosaur themed party since he really likes them but I'm not 100 percent sure yet. DH will probably make the cake.

We are doing Mickey Mouse Club House here since C is obsessed. As soon as things settle down with work, I'm going to get started on invites and all that. Only two months left!

T's b-day is Dec 10th, and I'm due Dec 1, so we'll just do cake and coffee here for our parents and grandparents. Luckily he won't actually remember his b-day, so I don't feel *too* guilty

Given that Avery's birthday is Dec 25 and we don't have any family within 2000 miles of us, I'm afraid she's not going to have a "proper" birthday party until she starts going to school and has her own friends. So you definitely shouldn't feel too guilty

lol No=P. DH and I agreed that this party will be more simple than last time. We'll see what happens lol.

I think we are doing Sesame Street...not sure where we will have it, probably have it at home again this year.

We arent doing anything too crazy since Ill be very pregnant. Just siblings and parents so I think no theme just yummy food and cupcakes.

We haven't decided yet. Top three options are parties at:
Local park
Aquarium
Music school
He would love all three so might come down to cost.

O loves trains-so I had a custom listing done on Etsy based on his M&D train. We will be having it at our home-we just bought a new house so this is a great way to show it off and have his party at the same time-I am excited to plan his party again-last year was a blast. I will do al the cooking and baking again. = )

We don't have much family in the area, so we'll probably do what we did last year and plan a special family outing, just the three of us, at Disney or somewhere else really special.
