Of course I knew he wanted a brother and my daughter wanted a girl, but I wasn't expecting that level of disapointment! I took them both wih us to the 3D u/s today to find out the gender. When the tech announced the sex, he turned away and started to cry. It broke my heart a little. He is better now, but I am really sad.

oh bless! What a love he is.
I agree with a PP who said to emphaise his important role as big brother to 2 little sisters
and how unique he will be as the only special boy.
I love my little man sooo much, and was hoping for another boy, but thats not to be. Maybe he too will be my one and only?
Aw! That's sort of funny and a little sad. I'm sure he'll love having a little sister one day and find this story hilarious (or embarrassing).
My sister wanted a little brother so badly she refused to believe I'd be a girl and referred to me as Kyle until I was born. Funny, but true!

We find out tomorrow so we hope she's okay either way!
