Nanny Share in Falls Church/McLean

Hi there- I've been doing some research on childcare in this area and wanted to to explore nanny sharing.  We have a 10 day old baby girl and need to find a good childcare situation for her in the next 4 weeks!  I like the idea of nanny sharing, but I don't have a nanny and I don't have another family to share with.  From the nanny agency websites, it's not clear if they help with finding a family to share as well.  Any information on how to meet other parents looking for the same would be helpful.  Also any experiences that you've had in the area would be great to hear as well.
