U/S results- Multiple cysts?

I had an u/s done on Wed, where I thought I was 6 weeks and 1 day.  I knew that the tech could not find a yolk sac and fetal pole, so I got a call from my doctor today to get HCG levels checked and asked if he could release the results of my U/S so I could view them online.

My gestational sac was 6 mm, which seems to correlate with being 5 weeks pregnant. Also, they found multiple smaller cysts in my endometrium that they think could be an evolving subchorionic hemorrhage, a molar pregnancy (which I doubt since I haven't had any symptoms), or very early multiple gestation.

I'm waiting for the results of my first HCG level, but I'm not really sure how I feel about these results and am wondering if someone has any experience with this.

Has anyone measured a week behind but is right about their conception date? I got a pos. HPT at 10 dpo, but if I ovulated a week later then it would be 3 dpo. huh? 

Sorry for the long message, MH is at work tonight and I can't talk to him about any of this.

    I don't have any experience with this but I hope everything works out for you.

    Lucid I'm sorry all of this confusing stuff is happening. I don't have any experience, but I hope that they find an answer soon.

    I went in to the ER about 2 weeks ago because of severe cramping and bleeding and when they did the ultrasound I measured about a week early and they couldnt find anything but an empty sak,  At my follow up last week it measured the same and they could not yet find a heartbeat.  So, now I have to go back monday for another b/c if i was really almost 7 weeks they should have been able to find a heartbeat, but if i'm really measuring a little over a week early then it's all normal.

    The doctor says she is not concerned and that it probably just means I ovulated later than normal and that I'm just earlier than I thought.  But I took a HPT really early too.

    So, who knows!  But, you have to stay positive, so here's to hoping all is well for both of us!!

    Thanks ladies. I talked to MH and he explained that by the SCH "evolving" (that's the way the radiologist wrote it), it means that it's starting to form. Maybe it just took a long time to implant and I have nothing to worry about. It just sucks to be in limbo and I'm trying to stay positive.
