My first instinct is no. But I was raised with some weird and out dated fashion rules from my grandmother. She would say you do not wear white, ivory, or champagne to a wedding because that is the "brides" color. I was pretty annoyed at my own wedding when my mother chose to wear a dress that was the same color as my dress. In pictures they had to place someone between us because of the color combinations.
The dress looks nice, does it come in other colors? Will you be in the wedding pictures with the bride? Do you think that the bride would be offended?
I go by the rule that it can't be a majority white. White shirt, black skirt, you're good. Black shirt, white skirt, you're good. Full white dress with some black detailing? Not so much. That's MO though, some people don't follow those conventions.

I try not to wear white at all at weddings... But I totally understand.
Finding something comfortable to wear on a regular daily basis is hard enough, let alone trying to find formal wear. I think you can get away with it so long as maybe you can add some accessories so that it takes away from the white?

No other colors. The groom is DH's friend so I don't know the bride super well and probably won't be in any pictures with her. I feel like if it were my wedding I might give a little side eye if someone wore this but it wouldn't really bother me that much. I don't know about her though.
I'd say no too, unfortunately. Are you near a centre with a maternity store? I hope you find something, it does suck having to buy an outfit you know you'll probably only wear once.

This is my thinking. If you add "heavy" jewelry, maybe some colored leggings.... (but this might be enough to make you say, "Hell no, I'll keep looking".
I probably would just find something else, mainly because I'm not too good at "heavy" accessorizing.
I wouldn't, especially if you don't know her well. For my wedding, I wore ivory, because white made me look washed out. I was spastic about anyone wearing anything that was white at all. I didn't want my dress to look dingy or for it to even be obvious that it wasn't white.
That said, Target maternity had some really cute things online the last time I looked. I didn't need anything that kind of fancy, but you you could try there.

i'd say no, since it's mostly white...but you COULD wear a purple sash around the umpire waist and that could look cute...does it come in any other color?

I just attended #4 of 6 weddings we were invited to this summer. Up until this last one I was able to wear a cute, loose design by Jessica Simpson (sorry I don't have a pic!) but starting with yesterday's I wore a lovely black faux wrap materinity dress from Destination Maternity (Motherhood brand). I got so many compliments and it was only $48 which works for me since I'm wearing it to two more weddings. Machine washable too which saves on dry cleaning! Keep looking and I'm sure you'll have luck.
You could wear this to your shower though! So cute for that occasion!

Honestly, the lace just makes me want to recommend you pass on it all the more (makes me think of a cute elopement wedding dress).
More than one person wore cream/champagne/ivory to my wedding. It bothered me a little.

Good luck! Hope you find something.
No. Keep looking. (Wearing white to a wedding makes you look like some kind of pathetic attention-seeker).

I would also say no to wearing this.
