Out of those I like Gavin best, Grayson will never sound like a real name to me. I hear Hayden used for girls more than boys and I don't like unisex names and Elijah is cute, especially nn Eli - but its hard for kids to say & spell. IMHO
Definitely Gavin. Elijah is OK. Grayson was one of my favorite names as a kid (my great-grandpa's name) until everyone under the sun seemed to rediscover it. NOT Hayden.
I think teachers are going to have a problem with Grasyon because of the y. You never know what sound will come out of someone's mouth with a y thrown in.

I think Elijah sound best with James and Jordan. Gavin also sounds good.
Hayden is part of the super annoying Aiden, Caden, Brayden, Jaden trend despite the fact that it's an legit older name.
Grayson falls into the -son ending trend. (Mason, Addison, Madison, Bryson)
Being part of an annoying trend would knock Grayson and Hayden off the list for me.
