Peanut Butter!

I finally gave DS peanut butter this morning.  I wasn't necessarily holding off, the occasion just hadn't arisen to give it directly to him, although he has had it in recipes for the last several months.  The kid LOVED it and tried to lunge for the entire jar on the counter.  Looks like I've got another higher calorie breakfast option. Halfway through his piece of PB toast I thought about the fact that he was in just a diaper, DD was in just her undies, and I was in my PJs, but thankfully we didn't have to make a rushed trip to the clinic half dressed.  :-)

    Haha, LOL about your attire.  :-) 

    We haven't given PB yet b/c my niece is allergic....but I love PB so much I want to share with LO.  I think we are going to give her some in the parking lot of the pedi's office at her 15mo appt.

    I used to work at our pedi's office and everyone was kind of embarrassed to admit that they did that, but we had SO many people do exactly that.  PB, strawberries, and chocolate were big ones that people used our parking lot to test.  :-)

    We don't have a history of allergies but still wanted to wait. I gave her some two days ago and she was not a fan :/
