hot/cold flashes after D&C

I just had my D&C on Monday and I felt totally fine on Tuesday and Wednesday, but today has been a hot and cold mess all day. is this normal? I should note, I did not want a D&C at first, but my levels were SO high (7300, almost double the normal rage for a blighted ovum) that my dr. wanted to have the tissue tested for molar pregnancy (luckily it was not this).

    Yes, I did.

     

    It was not fun and totally hormonal changes.

    I don't know if it is normal, but I had hot and cold flashes a couple days after the procedure.

    Good luck with the rest of recovery, and hope you start feeling better soon. So sorry for your loss.

    I've been having hot and cold flashes, especially at night when I'm trying to sleep. I'm also running a low fever though and that is probably contributing to it. I had my D&C on Tuesday morning. I hope you feel better soon and I'm so sorry for your loss!

    Hot flashes are prefectly normal after a pregnancy loss.  After my m/c, I had hot flashes for weeks.  It's your body trying to sweat out the hormones.

    I got really bad headaches until a couple of weeks after my bhcg went <5 too. :(
