Aqua Moms - Beaumont

Has anyone taken the Aqua Moms class at Beaumont?  Would you recommend it?  Thanks.

    I'm in it. I like it. Not super intense if you're looking for that type of thing, but it's low key and great to chat with others about pregnancy, baby stuff, and whatever. It has helped alleviate my back pain too.
