The older two kids are wild. My OB appointment resulted in being diagnosed with fibroids and a strong suggestion that I start a progesterone only birth control. We weren't planning on using birth control so this is an emotional issue for DH and I. And bonus, we now have to take our ex landlords to court.

Ugh, sorry you had a rough day.
I did, too. My MIL bailed on babysitting DS so I had to try & work & watch DS at the same time which ended up in a double fail.
He only napped 50 minutes total. He also just decided to start hitting & I was apparently his test subject. 4 times in the face today. I finally lost it & started crying hysterically.
MH gave him his bath & did his whole bedtime routine. He went to bed at 6:50!!! He usually goes to bed at 8. I'm sure it will bite us in the ass tomorrow morning.
DD's furniture came today, which was nice, but there were some scuffs, so now someone has to come out & repair it.
Now I am trying to catch up on all my work from today. You can tell how well that's going considering I am here instead, lol.
I've been wondering how things settled out with your ex landlords. Guess not so well, huh?

I also hope you can come to terms with the BC issue-it is very sensitive for a lot of my family/friends.
We live in PA where the security deposit needs to be returned within 30 days. They didn't contact us until after then and when they did, they were/are refusing to give us our security deposit back due to nonsense.
Some of the different things that they are claiming are that we (or one of our guests) smoked in the house even though we are not smokers and never let anyone smoke in the house (or even outside to my knowledge. However the house was for sale the entire time that we lived there so a potential buyer could have smoked at any time), they also are charging us for every cleaning detail they could think of even though we spent an entire day cleaning the house top to bottom and every single item listed is something that we did in fact clean- ie. steam cleaning the tile (I personally did with my oreck steamer yet they apparently had Stanley Steamers come and clean it for $200), vacuuming each carpet (also cleaned by Stanley Steamers for an additional cost), cleaning windows (I cleaned all except the skylights yet they are charging us for their own "labor" of cleaning all of them), and things like the oven (which we cleaned with the self clean setting yet they are charging $100 since they claim to have cleaned that as well). One of my personal favorites is the deduction because the VACUUM CLEANER WAS DIRTY. I'm beyond angry because we stayed until midnight cleaning and making sure that everything was done while I was 9 months pregnant and having contractions.
