Disney trip help & where to stay

We want to be close to Orlando, but I'm wondering if anyone has booked a condo or townhouse and loved it? We're looking to book for next March/April and just looking for suggestions.

    We went in Oct 2011 and stayed at Reunion Resort which is about 10 minutes from WDW.  We found them through vrbo.com (vacation rental by owner).  We got a 3BR, 2 BA condo with full kitchen, living room, deck for less than $1000 for a week.  We loved it!  It is mostly a golf resort but has hotel like amenities (lots of pools, restaurants, waterpark, etc.) without all the noise of Disney.

    We stayed at the Sheraton (Villa something) and I was really happy.  I loved having a kitchen and yet it was close enough.

    We just booked a vacation home through Florida Sun Vacation homes.  We haven't gone yet, but I read some great reviews.  It's 1 mile from WDW, lots of pics online and they were very friendly and answered all my questions when I called to book.  I did a lot of searching online and I thought this company stood out amongst others I called.
