Hi Ladies,
I just applied online for a job and wanted to indicate that they should not contact my employer. There was no place to do that. It really just had me upload my resume and cover letter. Would you contact the point person and ask them not to contact the current employer?
I have witnessed my current exec completely discount an employee based on the fact that they were applying elsewhere. Thanks in advance.

Ditto. As someone in HR I never reach out to someones employer unless I am about to hire them. This is the last step. We know candiates dont want us calling their current employer and we never do w/o permission.
