Is your baby moving more than usual

Ive noticed in the past two weeks that my baby is moving constantly.  Not sure if I just notice it more becasue he is bigger or if that is just the norm at the end.  I was getting my eyebrows waxed yesterday and it freaked out the technician, it was so cute, I had a tight shirt on and she saw him moving around and jumpedBig Smile

  • I wouldn't say he's moving more than normal, but he definitely hasn't slowed down any. All the pregnancy update stuff says I'll notice decreased movement at this point, and I call bull. He's just as squirmy as he ever was.

  • yep my LO was having a dance party most of yesterday and I think he's tired out now, because I have not felt him much today.
  • Yep, mine just basically squirms all day long becuse there's not enough room in there any more for big kicks or anything! I never used to feel anything if I was standing, only sitting/lying down, but now I feel it all the time.

  • This last week she has been moving a lot, and big moves to that actually start to hurt. Even know she is rolling around in there sometimes I am scared she is going to break my water with all her BIG moves. Hope you get some relief and feel better soon.

  • This baby does not stop!! He/she is constantly dancing on my bladder and getting down. My other two did not do this.

  • He's actually slowed down a bit.  DS was doing karate chops up until I pushed him out.  This one seems to be taking it a bit easier.  He's still moving, just not as much.

Mine either! I'm afraid this guy is going to be up and moving all the time.

  • Mine is moving less. I only notice her moving about 4 times a day. When I do notice it, she is moving a lot, but it is not nearly as frequent as it was in the 2nd tri.

  • He is being lazy this afternoon but is still a wiggle worm. Sometimes I'm afraid his knee/foot is just going to poke right out.
  • I agree with PPs that he's not necessarily moving more than before, but it seems to be just as much as before and he's definitely bigger and stronger, so I notice everything more. He loves pushing out at my sides, especially. Many of the movements are very visible to third-party observers.

  • Pretty much never stops. I told my mw with DD and this one, "If I'm not moving, she is."

DD was a constant mover in and out of the womb, too. I think it helped her sleep, though.
