Oh gosh, it totally depends!! I have a few favorites at different shops.
At a local deli, they make this awesome focaccia and I have a hot ham and swiss, plain, on that focaccia and I dip it in this amazing sauce they call "up north dressing". It's a salad dressing that has tarragon in it and I don't know what else but it's awesome.
I also have a favorite at a diner where we vacation. It's roasted turkey, provelone, and cucumbers on multi grain with a cream cheese spread that has craisins and orange zest mixed in. YUM.
Kettle potatoes chips and a pickle on the side please. (especially if I can dip those chips in more up north dressing).

Dark, multigrain bread, mozzie, eggplant, sprouts, some seeds, maybe sunflower, a little spinach, roasted peppers, and a little fig vinegar...yuuuuuum! Cold and with a mint iced tea.

Type of bread: Wheat. but jimmy johns has the best bread ever
Type of meat: I honestly don't care about the meat as much as other toppings. I prefer chicken to lunch meat.

Toppings: lettuce, onion, peppers, black olives, (pretty much anything other than tomatoes)
Condiments: mayo, mustard, oil, vinegar

Type of cheese: American or provolone
Toppings: Lots and lots of lettuce and tomato, and banana peppers
Condiments: Mayo or oil and vinegar. Again, depends on the sandwich

Favorite sub or sandwich shop: One of our local pizza shops makes the best bread and the best Pittsburgher sub I've ever had.
