  SO's middle name is Allen. I think that would go nicely with James. I love the name James, also!

  I'm not sure what your naming style is, so I'm going to throw some A middle names out from my family/friends (James is a VERY common name in my circle!):

  Alexander, Arthur, Autry, Allen/Alan, Adam, August, Archer, Alfred, Angus, Amos, Adair, Alastair
