A friend of mine with a two year old told me today, "if it's important enough to you, you'll find time" then she told me some of the ways she made time, which I don't think would work for me.
So, if you manage to make time to work out, when and how do you do it?
Thanks!

It must not be that important to me, because I don't - lol. I do a TON of walking with the boys. We take a major walk nearly every day, and pushing nearly 80 lbs of stroller and baby helps!
Another twin mom friend of mine just started going to an exercise class that has free child care - I might have to look into that.
At three months old I would not worry about it AT ALL.
Give yourself time and worry about it when the babies are older.
When the babies turned 1, that is when I really started to get motivated to lose weight.
I started using My Fitness Pal, and cut down calories to 1200 calories/day. Sometimes I make it, other days I don't. I lost about 10 lbs in 2 months doing that.
I just started doing couch to 5k last week too. I get up at 5:15am to do it. It is kinda nice, because (initially) it only takes 25 minutes, 3x/week.
