Footie pajamas

Do you still plan on using them this fall/winter? We haven't even used PJs much this summer because of the heat .. usually just a diaper with an occasional T-shirt. I have a few two-piece sets in his size for the fall, but I am wondering if one-pieces are still going to work for him. I feel like they seem so much cozier for the winter, and they will keep his little toes warm. What are you ladies planning on using?

Not sure about this yet (even though I just ordered her 2 new sets of footies). We've been loving wool shorties (CD cover) all summer, and I bought her a pair of longies. I have a feeling she'll wear those most of the time, but maybe a different diaper and footie pajamas if it's really cold. We're in a diff house now than we were last winter, and I don't know yet how her room will be.

My LO likes to be warm (she slept in fleece footy PJs LAST NIGHT!) so YES we will still use them.

We've been on short and shirt combo PJs this summer, but we will definitely switch to footies once winter hits. My DD slept in them until she was 2, at which point she hit the naked phase and has been sleeping in just undies since. I would love it she would still sleep in footies. They just seem so warm and comfy in the winter!

Definitely doing footies this fall/winter. LO hates blankets/etc so I feel like he needs something warmer in the winter especially.

But he is a hot sleeper so I'll probably get mostly cotton ones and a few fleece ones for super cold nights.

No, I refuse to buy more footed pajamas for two reasons. One we live in SoCal so even our cold is not really cold enough to require fleece or even cotton footed pajamas. Two, because DD is growing lengthwise too quick and I am tired of her growing out of them only after a couple months when the fits them around the waste just fine. So we switched to tee-shirt and knee length Carters pajama sets when she out grew her 12mo pajamas. I think since they are tee-shirts and shorts she'll be able to wear them for much longer than footed pajamas.
