Antibiotics- do I need to use disposables?

My DD is on Antibiotics for the week.  I can deal with the nasty stools associated with the meds, but I am worried about the possibility of yeast.  Will a liner be enough or should I just use disposables for the week?

    Sorry I'm on the mobile site so I don't know how old your DD is.... You can start by giving either yogurt or probiotics I help keep the good flora there and give her booty ample air time if she has the loose stools. If she starts to get rashy though I would switch to disposables just in case it turns out to be yeast. Good luck and hope she feels better and stays rash free

    My DS got a yeast infection from antibiotics and I continued to use CDs.  I completely regret it.  I had to strip every diaper and deal with the yeast and all that goes along with it.  Next time I will just switch him to disposables until he's done with the meds.

    Ditto pp - give probiotics and do lots of air time.  DD has been on two (separate) rounds of antibiotics.  The first time I immediately put in her sposies, but she ended up not having a bad reaction to the meds so it was pointless.  The second time I kept her in CDs (would move to sposies if she had tummy problems), but she was fine.  GL!

    I would invest in some Oxy-Boost Oxygen Bleach and give them a good cleaning after she is done with the antibiotics. This product sanitizes naturally and removes stains. I couldn't imagine CDing without it!

    We just got done with a round of antibiotics the other week and we didn't get any yeast.  I would have some sposies on hand just in case, but you might not have any problems at all. :)
