Twin baby shower

Did anyone have anything really special at their baby shower that you would recommend?  I am planning my friend's baby shower for November, first babies, don't know genders yet.  I am thinking about themes, special games, etc. that you really enjoyed, particularly anything unique to a twin baby shower.  Thanks!

    My friend did not know genders of her twins and the theme was "one fish, two fish." the host even bought 2 beta fish (one red one blue)  and had them as a centerpiece...two years later they are still living! Lol

    The only thing really twin specific they did at my shower was the "Mr & Mrs Wright" game  where you pass around a gift  to the left or right every the poem says left or right/wright and whoever ends up with it at the end wins it. The reason I say "twin specific" is because at the end of the poem, they end up with twins.
