It's all about whether Baby A is presenting and whether Baby is not so much bigger than Baby A. A friend just delivered naturally her mono-di boys. Our mono-di girls are not co-operating right now (both breech). Most doctors don't want to mess with delivering Baby B if it's transverse (reaching up and spinning it breech or presenting), but many will deliver Baby B if breech.
I did - both boys were head down and A was bigger. I was induced at 37 weeks due to growth discordance (not TTTS). Everyone did well, I had an easy delivery.

I did! But that was not supposed to happen. They just came so fast the c-section wasn't ready in time. Baby A was smaller and breach. Baby B was bigger and head down. They told me if baby A was smallest or breach it would be an automatic section. Oops.
Thanks so much for the info. I had my son vaginally, and I am prepared for having a C-section if needed. I wondered how common it was not to have a C-section.
Re: Mono Di Twins
I did! Both were head down from I think 32ish weeks on and I was induced (pre-e) at 37w1d. That will be the easiest situation for you.
