sleep easy sleep solution question

If you used this how did it work?  I am thinking of getting it.  They say it is not a CIO method. What did you think?

    imo... use the happiest baby on the block method. swing, Swaddle, shoosh, and something else...the point is it worked like a charm for dd. mainly the swaddling part. gl
