If you are looking for supplements, I bet even WalMart has probiotic supplements. (A common one is Culturelle.) You can also look on Kellymom to see what the best kind for BF moms are. There are also some drinks made from fermented fruits and veggies that are probiotics. My local food coop has them.
Beware of yogurt as your only probiotic source, as most of them contain a ton of sugar. You can get probiotic supplements. I take one ever day. I tend to rotate brands so I get different cultures. Also, try adding natural, fermented foods into your diet, like sauerkraut, pickles, kimchi, kombucha and even look into making homemade bone broth (chicken or beef broth bought in the store is missing the probiotics of homemade).
