STMs and baby registries

So I started a registry online because my cousin and sister are throwing me a shower. It feels weird registering again, but I do have most of the major stuff. The main things I'm putting on it are boy specific things like some blankets, bibs, etc and bottlefeeding/pumping stuff. Is this pretty standard?

I put on diapers, wipes, a couple new washcloths and towels, bath toys, bottle parts, pacifiers, socks in various sizes, and plain onesies/side-snap shirts.

I also put on a couple of DS's favorite toys that he still enjoys from when he was a baby so that he wouldn't have to give up his things for the new arrival.

We're not getting another shower that I know of, but I made a registry just for the completion discount. It's stuff I know I'd like to buy new, so this way, I'll get a discount on it. Nobody even knows I made the registry! Haha!

I don't have a registry, but I have started a wish list, just in case someone asks what we want/need. It has a couple of bigger ticket items (Moses basket and sit and stand duo stroller), and a bunch of toiletries, bottles, etc. We are having another boy, so we don't need much in terms of clothing. I think that what you have included is pretty standard. May want to add diapers/wipes as PP said.
