Healing Power of Breast milk!

DS has some baby acne, and it was looking pretty bad a few days ago. I put some breast milk on his face a couple times, and the redness and bumps were better by the next day! Maybe just a coincidence, but I keep hearing how healing our milk can be! One more thing to love about nursing! Have any of you used your milk in a similar way?

I use it on my acne

I had a little zit popping up and put a little breast milk on it and it was gone in the morning. I also put it on LO's face when he scratches himself.

A couple ladies on my home board have used it to clear up pink eye. I had no idea that BM could be any more awesome that it already was!

My LO had a clogged tear duct from birth. Our Pedi said it would take 6-9 months to resolve itself but I put BM on it a few times a day and it was gone within 2 weeks!!
