We got the call today. AND the baby today. :)
Long story short, after being told last week that there just "weren't any birthmothers", I got the call at LUNCH today that we were not only matched, but baby was born Saturday, birth-mom was ready to be discharged but was waiting to meet us! CRAZIEST 3 HOURS OF MY LIFE but long story short we met her, we loved her, we left with our baby!
I can't believe that I was just complaining about feeling discouraged- this can truly happen in a second y'all! Our agent says they call these "Blessing Babies" because they just fall from heaven. 
We are so smitten with her and though none of this feels real yet, we are LOVING having her in our home!
and I have a pic to post but can't for the life of me figure out how to in chrome! Help?!

And you're right, you just never know. The day after I posted on my blog about 2 situations falling through, we got The Call. My next post was "what a difference a day makes".

Same thing (almost) happened to us with our surrogate, its amazing what can happen in 24 hours!

Back to RE Summer 2013. TTC journey continues:
Dx DOR, endometriosis, low sperm count
Clomid + IUI#1, #2 = BFN / IUI #3 = ???
Laparoscopy scheduled December 2013
Mother of two wonderful boys! Blessed through adoption.
March 2011 - IUI #1 = BFN
April 2011 - IUI #2 = BFN
May 2011 - Monitored IUI cycle to see what's going on. Ha! Tons of follicles, none big enough to do insemination.
June 2011 - Nothing - unexplained (probably stress) 58 day cycle.
July 2011 - Switch from Clomid to Letrozole. Let's get these follicles growing! 2 follicles big enough, HCG injection, BFN
Break taken to focus on our marriage and less on not getting pregnant.
February 2012 - Ready to get back on the horse and try IUI #4 - - BFN
May 2012 - IUI #5 with Letrozole and HCG - BFN
June 2012 - Doctor wants to move to injectible IUI or IVF. We don't want IVF but agree to do injections.
Currently - Saving money for Injectible IUI cycle and taking the first steps towards adoption!
I know how you feel : life can change very quickly sometimes! I'm so happy for you!

3 IVFs=BFN
June 2012-Decided to give up TTC and started the process to adopt from foster care!
