NBR: cooking websites?

Since the board is a tad slow, I'll ask here...

I am a terrible cook. I used to be a decent cook, but it seems like my ability decreases every time I try to cook something. (Baking is not a problem. Too bad we can't survive on cookies and sweets...)

Anyway... Do you have any recommendations for cooking websites with forums like TB that are helpful for those of us who can't cook?

DH started cooking 90% of the time while I was pg (and likes to cook and is a better cook), but he now often works until 6pm, so I'm taking back cooking responsibility on those nights and need help.

Well, that and DH makes everything spicy, so I can't feed DS table food on the nights DH cooks.

I'll google "cooking forums," too, so thanks for that suggestion, mananana.

DH's spicy cooking has made me choke before, so that's why I hesitate to feed it to DS.

Thanks for posting this thread. I feel like before Lincoln was born I was a decent cook but now he doesn't allow me much time.
