Kolcraft contour tandem stroller

When number 2 comes number 1 will be a little over 2 years. I don't want a big stroller but would like a nice double in case we will be out for awhile and she needs to sit down or falls asleep.
Has anyone used this stroller as what did you like or not like about it.

    We had this and it's a tank! It was impossible to turn and huge....we referred to it as the "tank" because it was heavy and long like a submarine. 

    I did like that it came with everything for  $250 and my car seat could be used. DD started to resist the stroller so we went with the city select and sold the Kolcraft about a month into using it.

    This was high on my list until I saw it in person. It's huge and so hard to manoeuvre.

    We have the Kolcraft Optima which is a bit lighter weight than the options stroller.  I think it works well for a low end stroller.  If you do have the funds I would definitely go with the City select like others mentioned.  It was not in our budget so this is what we got.  At the age of your oldest, I might look into a sit and stand stroller.  I really like I kolcraft for walking the neighborhood but I have never taken it shopping or anything since I don't want to lift it into my trunk.  We also rarely take it to stores since it's a bus.
