Grateful

This morning I'm grateful that even though he got up early, I got a ton of snuggles from Carter and a couple kisses thrown in! Big Smile

That Carter stood for a full 3 seconds without holding on to anything!  He's getting to be such a big boy!!]= 

And that I've been able to reconnect with my BFF from kindergarten.  Even after all these years, she's still the same little girl I made friends with.

    I'm thankful that DS has started to take more and more steps by himself. It's so cute to see how proud of himself he is after he walks. I love it!

    I'm grateful for a hot cup of tea and a hot shower on a cool morning. 

    I'm just so grateful to have my girl, she was so longed for and prayed for. I stand amazed by her each and every day.

    I'm grateful for my sweet little girl who is the reason I was put on this earth. She never ceases to make me smile.

    I am grateful that Jake now reaches up for me all the time when he's crawling around. He never did this when it seemed lots of babies were so I am glad he finally did it!

    I am also grateful to check in here and see what everyone elses little ones are up to. I wish I could post more...stupid work gets in the way!

    This is the bright side of my Monday Moan I am grateful that I live in a country that allows me to stay home with my baby for a whole year. That is nothing to moan about.

    I'm grateful that my car only needs a sensor and not a new transmission. A couple hundred bucks instead of a couple grand.

    I'm grateful for a husband who knows his way around cars and can fix it. 

    I'm grateful for a cool morning. G and I were able to go on a walk this morning without melting.

    I'm grateful for a nice weekend with family, a nice party, and good weather.

    I'm also grateful for a H who likes to drive so I can sit and Bump while J naps.

    I'm grateful for my friend/neighbor who has volunteered to come over and watch L for a few hours tonight so DH and I can get out and reconnect.  Between adjusting to parenthood and his work schedule, we have to work a lot harder these days at our relationship.  I'm looking forward to a night out of the house!
