Nursing and solids

Hi all,

Just wondering how long after nursing to offer solids?  Should I do it immediately after nursing or wait an hour or so?

    I try to wait about 30minutes after nursing before giving solids

    I wait about an hour after nursing before offering solids.

    Glad to see this question asked and answered depending on individual experience. It never occurred to me that I should allow for a lapse in time; but it certainly makes sense! Cannot believe I'm even thinking about solids already - where did the time go??
